As we are heading into the fall holidays, the topic of discussion will be on navigating the stress of infertility and pressures from family members. 
 
The goal for this group is to bring attention to this issue through clinical discussion, readings, and educational workshops. We address the causes of infertility, assisted reproductive technology, the impact of infertility on mental health and interpersonal relationships, as well as psychotherapeutic approaches. As the supports for men are few and underutilized, focus is given to resolving the barriers to engaging men in the therapeutic process.
